SERVICES KDTterpASL offers consumers services related to the
dialogue and interactions between persons who’s primary mode of communication
is American Sign Language and those of spoken English….. ·
Interpreting/Transliteration Services ·
Coordination
of Interpreting for Events ·

Rehabilitation
Counseling Services INTERPRETING & TRANSLITERATION SERVICES ·
Rates are based on a
2 hour minimum and 48 hour cancellation policy; charges for traveling applicable
if traveling over 1 hour to assignment ·
Available to
consider assignments 24hours/day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks/year. ·
Possesses knowledge
of various disciplines; extensive experience working in corporate, medical, psychiatric,
academic, rehabilitation, conference and theatrical settings. ·
All inquires (local,
national, international) are considered regardless of location; long distance
travel and lodging provided directly by the requester. COORDINATION OF INTERPRETING FOR EVENTS ·
Will work with event
planners to locate and contract sign language interpreters for an event. ·
Will function in the
capacity as point person between the event coordinator and interpreters to
ensure that interpreting services are available and in place for those
requesting the service. TECHINCAL TRAINING ·
Available to conduct
trainings related to using a sign language interpreter and basic introduction
to American Sign Language. ·
Available to conduct
trainings for Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons related to corporate culture
and improving relationships between the Deaf and hearing at work. ·
Available to work
with families to improve their comprehension of services available to Deaf or
Hard of Hearing family members, while working with them to improve their
relationships with their family member. ·
Resources for those
persons interested in developing their knowledge of the Deaf Community, Deaf
Culture and/or American Sign Language. REHABILITATION COUNSELING SERVICES ·
Available to work
with families or organizations to assess the most appropriate service needs
of an individual who is deaf or hard of hearing. ·
Provide resources
when working with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. |
